Vice President – Client Support – Asset Management – 12+ Years – Mumbai

We are looking for a seasoned Vice President to lead the Client Support function within the asset management domain. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving service excellence, managing global stakeholder relationships, and building scalable, data-driven client support capabilities across reporting, marketing intelligence, and client data functions.

Responsibilities –

1. Define and drive the strategic direction for client support functions including reporting, marketing intelligence, ESG queries, and client data management.
2. Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery of client support services while improving efficiency through automation and process optimization.
3. Act as a key stakeholder interface for global teams, managing escalations, driving performance reviews, and enhancing client experience.
4. Lead transformation initiatives focused on analytics, digital enablement, and workflow automation to build scalable operations.
5. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements –

1. 12+ years of experience in asset management or financial services, with strong leadership exposure in client support or related functions.
2. Proven experience managing global stakeholders and leading large, cross-functional teams.
3. Strong understanding of client lifecycle, reporting, marketing analytics, ESG, and client data domains.
4. Experience in driving automation, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities.
