Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive – D2C (FMCG) based in New Delhi. The role involves planning and executing performance-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for a fast-growing D2C brand. Responsibilities include market research, campaign planning, data analysis, and driving sales and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
• Strong Communication skills to engage with stakeholders and articulate data-driven insights
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing for D2C or FMCG industries
• Ability to analyze data and optimize performance marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
