Account Executive/Admin Full Time NEW

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Account Executive to join our growing team.

Job Details

• Position: Account Executive
• Experience: 3–4 Years
• Location: WTC, Kharadi, Pune
• Joining: Immediate to 30 Days

Job ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities
• Handle GST & TDS compliance and related documentation
• Maintain accounting records, invoices, vouchers, and reconciliations
• Assist in export accounting and export documentation (preferred)
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants when required
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting

Administration

• Handle office administration and coordination activities
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service vendors

HR Support

• Assist the HR team in recruitment activities including:
• Job postings
• Resume screening
• Interview scheduling
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll processing and attendance coordination

Requirements

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Hands-on experience with GST & TDS compliance
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime / ERP systems
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
