Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role based in Bhopal. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing various construction projects through all phases, ensuring timely completion within budget. The role involves project coordination, team supervision, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and risk management. The Construction Project Manager will be the point of communication between project stakeholders and is expected to maintain adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards while optimizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Construction Management and Construction Project Management
• Proficiency in Project Management and Project Coordination to ensure streamlined execution
• Experience in CPWD construction projects is preferred
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities to manage teams and resources effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on on-site safety and quality
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera is a plus
• Prior experience in large-scale projects, preferably in EPC or infrastructure, is highly desirable
