Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings efficiently
- Handle confidential emails, correspondence, and communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using strong technical and analytical skills
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in project tracking, documentation, and follow-ups
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely execution of action items
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
- Support decision-making by providing data insights and research
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with digital and IT-related tasks and system coordination
