Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Operation Manager – Self Network, located in Vasant Vihar. The role involves overseeing and managing end-to-end international and domestic operations within the self-network department. Responsibilities include coordinating with international partners and teams for seamless logistics operations, analyzing operational data to improve efficiency, ensuring a high level of customer service, directing and motivating teams, and handling day-to-day problem-solving in supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in International Operations and Operations Management with a focus on logistics or freight services
• Have experience in developing break-bulk from india to USA, UK, Europe, Australia, New zealand, UAE.
• Strong Analytical Skills to improve processes, analyze data, and optimize operations
• Proficiency in logistics software and operational tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Knowledge of customs regulations, compliance, and international shipping documentation
