Delegate Acquisition Executive Full Time NEW

Leap Media Solutions is looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our growing team.

At Leap Media, we work with leading global technology brands and organize high-level CIO roundtables, executive networking events, technology summits, and industry awards across the GCC region.

If you have experience in professional event delegate acquisition, telecalling, B2B outreach, and building relationships with senior executives — we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and confirm delegates for technology events, summits, boardrooms, and executive roundtables
• Connect with CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, Digital Transformation Leaders, and senior decision-makers across GCC
• Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update delegate databases and CRM records
• Coordinate with internal event and marketing teams to achieve attendance targets
• Ensure high-quality audience participation aligned with client expectations
• Generate attendance reports and daily progress updates

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in delegate acquisition, telemarketing, B2B event calling, or conference production
• Strong communication and convincing skills in English
• Experience working on technology events or B2B corporate events is highly preferred
• Comfortable with telecalling and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work under deadlines and target-based environments
• GCC market experience will be an added advantage
