AI Program Trainer Full Time NEW

As part of 1M1B’s mission to empower youth with AI and Green Skills, we are looking for passionate young people to deliver engaging workshops, maintain relationships and support learners in their journey to build foundational skills. This is an opportunity to create real impact in underserved communities across India.

Position Overview:
The facilitator will lead awareness sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Green Skills, sustainability and maintain college relationships to implement the programs.

Location: Shillong, Meghalaya

Key Responsibilities:

• College Outreach:

– Make a list of colleges in the district, where we can conduct our programs.

– Work on outreach to these colleges and onboard them for all the 1M1B Programs.

• Training at Various Institutions:

– Travel regularly to higher education institutions (HEIs), such as ITIs, polytechnics, and engineering colleges, to conduct training sessions for all the 1M1B Programs.

• Learner Engagement and Support:

– Deliver interactive and practical training sessions as per the provided curriculum.

– Provide ongoing support to learners, helping them with doubts and encouraging course completion.

– Create and manage learner groups for each institution to ensure continuous engagement and support.

• Coordination and Collaboration:

– Maintain regular communication with the program or project coordinator regarding learner progress and any challenges faced.

– Work collaboratively with volunteers or partners involved in post-training activities such

• Monitoring, Reporting, and Documentation:

– Track and document learner attendance, participation, and progress accurately.

– Submit timely reports on training sessions, learner feedback, and course completion status.

– Identify and escalate any issues that could affect learner engagement or program outcomes.

• Post-Training Follow-up:

– Facilitate additional sessions with support teams to reinforce learning and provide guidance on further skill development or projects.

– Encourage learners to apply their skills practically and continue their learning journey.

• Travel:

– Be prepared to travel extensively to different training locations as per the schedule.

– Manage time efficiently to balance between training delivery, learner support, coordination, and reporting duties.

Who Can Apply:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, BCA, MCA, Sustainability or related fields.
• Youth with basic knowledge of AI and interest in AI trends.
• Strong interest in teaching/facilitation.
• Strong communication in English, Hindi, and/or relevant regional language.
• Experience in training, youth programs, or community engagement preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with digital tools and mobile/web-based platforms.
• Willing to travel locally for sessions in target regions.
