Key Responsibilities for Admin Executive:
1. Manage daily office operations and facility requirements (Water, food, maintenance, Travel & Conveyance, supply etc),
2. Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors
3. Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize vendors
4. Create and track purchase orders and delivery timelines
5. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper allocation
6. Maintain inventory levels and stock records
7. Ensure quality and compliance of purchased goods/services
8. Maintain records, files, and documentation
9. Verify invoices and coordinate with finance for payments
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Good communication
Pay: ₹9,780.34 – ₹30,258.91 per month
