Studio Design Box is a growing Design & Build company specializing in commercial office interiors, turnkey fit-outs, workplace solutions, and corporate space transformation projects across India. We work with corporate offices, IT companies, startups, GCCs, and enterprise clients to deliver modern, functional, and high-quality workspace environments.
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager who understands the commercial interiors industry and can independently generate business opportunities, build strong corporate relationships, and close high-value Design & Build projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through corporate meetings, market networking, references, LinkedIn outreach, brokers, consultants, and channel partners
• Identify and connect with decision-makers including CXOs, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, Facility Heads, Real Estate Teams, HR Heads, and Corporate Strategy Teams
• Pitch Commercial Interior, Design & Build, Turnkey Fit-Out, and Workplace Solutions services to potential clients
• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, requirement understanding, proposal discussions, negotiations, and final closures
• Coordinate closely with internal design, estimation, and execution teams for presentations, BOQs, proposals, and commercial submissions
• Develop strong relationships with architects, PMCs, consultants, IPCs, real estate professionals, and corporate clients
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial office interior projects across Gurgaon and NCR market
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain healthy client engagement for long-term business opportunities
• Track market trends, upcoming office projects, corporate expansions, and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion efficiency
• Maintain proper CRM updates, sales reports, lead tracking, and weekly business updates
Desired Candidate Profile
• 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales within Commercial Interiors, Office Fit-Outs, Workplace Solutions, Furniture, Design & Build, or related industries
• Strong network within Gurgaon/NCR corporate market will be an added advantage
• Proven experience in handling corporate clients and high-value project sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to independently generate leads and drive closures
• Aggressive, target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional approach towards business development
• Understanding of commercial office interiors, workplace trends, turnkey projects, and corporate infrastructure requirements preferred
