The Role
As an Senior General Manager with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
Lead, develop, improve and drive sourcing, optimizing and standardizing procurement processes, driving cost savings, ensuring compliance, building strong supplier partnerships, continuous improvement, market intelligence and information management by utilising digital capabilities within the Global Corporate Procurement function.
Support and influence sourcing and category strategies (including workflows), achieve this through effective management, analysis and decision making that delivers continuous value creation for Worley.
Drive value propositions and continuous improvement to create value across the global corporate procurement function, working closely with Worley’s Suppliers and indirect procurement teams across Worley.
The role is accountable for the day-to-day management and coordination of Sourcing strategies, Suppliers and internal stakeholders’ relationships. This includes coordination of multiple work streams, facilitation of new initiatives, providing governance to regional indirect procurement teams and input into sourcing decisions.
The role will have to work with multiple stakeholders across the globe within Worley to ensure all assigned
requirements are handled and delivered in a timely manner.
