Job Overview
MithaiCana, a fast-growing dessert and cafe chain in Bangalore, is hiring Full Time Back Staff to support our expanding operations.
This role is ideal for motivated and career-oriented individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy, discipline, and a positive attitude.
Work Schedule
- 6 days per week
- Weekend availability required
Compensation & Benefits
- ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Handle Internal Dispatch of Products.
- Monitor inventory and stock movement
- Support other back-office activities as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Team-oriented mindset
Requirements
- Basic communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, or English
- Must reside within or be willing to relocate within 5 km of the or our Office Location in Marathahalli.
