Hype Elixir is India’s ultimate sneaker and hype platform, offering authentic limited-edition sneakers, streetwear, accessories, and premium lifestyle products. We are looking for a Creative Strategist & Social Media Associate who understands culture, sneakers, trends, and digital storytelling.

Role Overview

The Creative Strategist & Social Media Associate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content ideas across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Meta ads, reels, stories, and other social media platforms. The role requires someone who can think creatively, spot trends early, and turn product drops, sneaker culture, memes, and brand campaigns into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content ideas for Instagram reels, stories, posts, carousels, and ad creatives.
• Plan social media calendars for product launches, sales, campaigns, and new arrivals.
• Research sneaker, fashion, streetwear, meme, and pop-culture trends.
• Write captions, hooks, reel concepts, ad copy, and story text for Hype Elixir.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team for content execution.
• Come up with creative directions for shoots, reels, campaigns, and product showcases.
• Track social media performance and suggest improvements based on engagement.
• Assist in influencer/creator coordination and UGC content ideas.
• Maintain Hype Elixir’s brand tone across all social media platforms.
• Brainstorm fresh campaign ideas for sneakers, ON Running, Jordans, HOKA, Nike Running, Whoop, and other collections.
• Stay updated with viral formats, trending audios, Instagram trends, and competitor content.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, memes, trends, and digital content.
• Good copywriting skills for captions, hooks, headlines, and ad text.
• Interest in sneakers, streetwear, luxury fashion, pop culture, and e-commerce.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram insights, Meta ads, and content planning tools is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively and turn ideas into actionable content briefs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing is preferred.

The ideal candidate should be trend-aware, creative, and culturally plugged in. They should understand what makes content shareable, what works on Instagram, and how to position premium sneakers and hype products in a way that feels fresh, aspirational, and relatable.
