With over 1.2 lakh customers served across 13+ cities, SharePal has built a fast-growing, tech-enabled rental network. We’re now expanding our footprint and scaling our operations rapidly and looking for a hands-on operations manager who can get things done at scale.

Role Description :

SharePal is hiring City Managers to lead warehouse operations, fulfilment, inventory, and warehouse teams across key cities. The role requires strong ownership of daily operations, stock management, SLA adherence, and customer escalation handling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure all confirmed orders are dispatched and delivered within the customer’s selected time slot, while documenting and resolving operational exceptions.

• Manage warehouse inventory including stock movement, inter-city transfers, asset tagging, replenishment planning, and vendor coordination for repairs.

• Lead warehouse teams by managing hiring, conducting final interviews, handling day-to-day workforce issues, and supporting first-level HR operations.

• Conduct regular inventory audits, oversee anti-pilferage processes, and ensure compliance with daily end-of-shift security checks.

• Act as the primary warehouse contact for customer escalation cases related to damaged products, missing items, disputes, and delivery delays, ensuring quick resolution.

• Share daily operational updates with leadership and track key performance metrics including fulfilment rate, return rate, and replenishment volumes.

Requirements :

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfilment, logistics, or city operations.

• Experience managing multi-location or multi-category operational teams.

• Comfortable handling first-level HR responsibilities for blue-collar workforce management.

• Hands-on operational approach with strong execution capability beyond reporting and dashboards.

• Ability to identify operational gaps, analyze shortfall reports, and take proactive action independently.

• Prior experience in rental, quick commerce, logistics, or supply chain companies will be an added advantage.
