What we are looking for
Role: Microsoft Teams Admin
Location: Noida
Exp: 3-8 yrs
Must have:
- Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Teams (administration & support), Microsoft 365 / Office 365 ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of: Teams Voice (Calling Plans, Direct Routing, Operator Connect), SIP and VoIP fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Admin Center.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting: Audio/video quality issues, Network-related issues impacting Teams (latency, jitter, packet loss).
- Understanding of identity services: Azure AD / Entra ID basics.
- Awareness of: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online (integration with Teams)
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
