Role Summary:
The Clinician Credentialing Specialist is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, verification, and compliance of clinician credentials in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. This role ensures that all clinician records remain current, accurate, and audit-ready by managing credentialing mailboxes, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and automated verification of licensure and compliance documentation within defined calendar timelines.

o Board certifications (MDs and PAs only)
o State professional licenses
o DEA licenses
o CDS licenses
o Malpractice insurance records
o Driver’s licenses
o Health and immunization records
