Billing Executive – Dispatch Department Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month Locations: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Executive for the Dispatch Department. The candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, coordinating with dispatch and logistics teams, maintaining billing records, and ensuring smooth documentation processes. Candidates with strong computer knowledge and experience in billing and dispatch operations are preferred. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process dispatch invoices accurately and timely. Verify dispatch documents and reconcile them with billing records. Coordinate with logistics, sales, warehouse, and accounts departments. Maintain proper billing documentation and records. Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and policies. Handle invoice follow-ups and resolve billing discrepancies. Update billing data in ERP/software systems. Support dispatch activities and ensure smooth coordination. Required Skills Strong computer knowledge is mandatory. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Knowledge of billing software/ERP systems preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with professional attitude. Qualification Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Relevant experience in Billing, Dispatch, Logistics, or Accounts Department.
