Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Noida with some flexibility for remote work, is for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, engaging with clients to understand their procurement needs, building relationships with prospective and existing customers, driving customer education about sustainable procurement solutions, and creating marketing campaigns to support overall business objectives. The role involves training clients about sustainable practices, collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts, and working towards achieving company sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proven sales experience and expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing techniques, including developing campaigns and collaborating with sales teams.
• Experience in training clients or team members on products, services, or practices.
• Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and interest in environmental solutions for the infrastructure industry are a plus.
• Motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
