Looking for a Dynamic e-commerce executive for a Retail Brand from Bengaluru!
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and campaigns to maximise sales.
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate, optimised, and
aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor daily sales, traffic, and customer behaviour; prepare performance reports.
• Handle order processing, returns, replacements, and customer queries in coordination with operations and customer service teams.
• Work closely with marketing to plan and execute digital campaigns, SEO, and paid ads to
drive traffic and sales.
• Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve market share.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and smooth supply chain operations.
• Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and customer experience.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales. Experience of 1 year is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools/platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
