Creative Communications Lead Full Time NEW

We are looking for a highly creative and strategically minded professional who combines exceptional copywriting skills with a refined understanding of branding, design aesthetics, and audience psychology. This role will serve as the bridge between content, design, and video production teams to ensure that every piece of communication is visually compelling, emotionally engaging, and aligned with the intended narrative.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable writing sharp English copy, speaking and reading Kannada, conceptualizing campaign ideas, and guiding graphic designers and video editors to produce high-impact creative assets.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Concept Development

• Develop creative concepts and communication strategies for campaigns, social media content, videos, presentations, and branding initiatives.
• Translate campaign objectives into compelling narratives and creative directions.
• Identify audience insights and craft content that resonates emotionally and intellectually.

Copywriting & Messaging

• Write and refine high-quality English and Kannada copy for:
• Social media posts
• Video scripts
• Taglines and slogans
• Presentations
• Campaign messaging
• Ensure clarity, persuasion, and consistency across all communication materials.

Creative Coordination

• Prepare detailed creative briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, and content teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external creative resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Review designs, reels, and videos and provide actionable feedback to improve storytelling, design, and engagement.

Brand Management

• Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual standards.
• Ensure all outputs align with strategic objectives and audience expectations.
• Suggest improvements in design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.

Quality Control

• Conduct rigorous reviews of all creative assets before publication.
• Ensure high standards of language, aesthetics, and strategic effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Working understanding of Kannada (reading and speaking is mandatory).
• Proven expertise in copywriting, storytelling, and content development.
• Strong understanding of branding, design principles, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to guide graphic designers and video editors with clear and constructive feedback.
• Deep understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
• Candidates from premier design institutions such as National Institute of Design, Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, National Institute of Fashion Technology, or equivalent institutions will have an added advantage.
• Experience in branding agencies, creative agencies, media organizations, or strategic communication firms.
• Familiarity with political communication, public policy, or government campaigns is a strong plus.

Experience

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in creative strategy, branding, content development, or communication management.
