You’ll work directly with founders, growth strategists, product teams, and performance marketers on live campaigns and AI-led growth initiatives.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, and digital platforms
• Work on growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Analyze campaign performance, dashboards, conversion metrics, and consumer insights
• Support A/B testing, creative experimentation, and funnel optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to improve marketing intelligence systems
• Research market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging digital growth strategies
• Contribute to brand growth initiatives across industries like E-commerce, Retail, BFSI, Travel, and Consumer Tech
• Learn how high-performance marketing campaigns are scaled for enterprise and growth-stage brands

⚙️ What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing
• 2025 / 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in Growth Marketing, Branding, Consumer Psychology, and Data Analytics
• Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, trends, and marketing insights
• Passion for AI, digital platforms, and emerging MarTech ecosystems
• Excellent communication, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
• Self-driven individuals who love experimenting, learning, and building

💰 Compensation & Growth

• During the initial 6-month probation/training period, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend.
• Post successful completion of the program, candidates will transition into full-time growth roles with a CTC ranging between ₹6–9 LPA based on performance and capability.
• Exceptional performers will also be eligible for 1-5 lacs worth ESOP opportunities, accelerated growth paths, leadership exposure, and high-performance incentives.
