Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company headquartered in Gurugram, India. Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with expertise in parking management. We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus Parking Services also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our team. The role will focus on system monitoring, technical support coordination, incident tracking, reporting, and day-to-day IT support activities for UK-based operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of networking concepts, troubleshooting processes, and technical reporting.
As an IT Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
· Monitor and maintain day-to-day IT support activities and operational trackers.
· Coordinate with internal IT and operations teams regarding ongoing technical issues, escalations, and system updates.
· Assist in troubleshooting software, system, network, and connectivity-related issues remotely.
· Support monitoring activities related to CCTV, Access Control, ANPR systems, and networking infrastructure.
· Maintain incident logs, escalation trackers, audit records, and technical documentation with accuracy.
· Monitor static IPs and 4G/5G M2M SIM data usage and maintain related reports.
· Ensure timely follow-ups and proper escalation management for unresolved technical issues.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
· Maintain a structured and process-oriented approach towards reporting and technical coordination.
· Assist in ensuring smooth communication and coordination with overseas teams and clients.
The ideal candidate working as an IT Support Analyst will display:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in IT support, technical coordination, networking, or system monitoring roles.
· Basic understanding of networking concepts, remote troubleshooting, and IT support processes.
· Knowledge of CCTV systems, Access Control systems, ANPR systems, or networking will be an advantage.
· Good reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.
· Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
