Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

IT Infrastructure Management:

 Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure,

including servers, storage, network devices, and data centers.

 Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of infrastructure components.

 Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

2. Network Administration:

 Manage and configure network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

 Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against cyber threats.

 Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.

3. System Administration:

 Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers, ensuring proper configuration, patch

management, and security.

 Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data.

 Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies.

4. Cloud Services Management:

 Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

 Deploy and manage cloud-based resources, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness.

 Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure.

Job Description

5. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

 Provide advanced technical support to end-users and other IT staff.

 Investigate and resolve complex hardware and software issues.

 Maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedures.

6. Security and Compliance:

 Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.

 Respond to security incidents and coordinate incident response efforts.

7. Project Management:

 Lead or participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.

 Define project scopes, timelines, and budgets.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

8. Vendor Management:

 Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

 Negotiate contracts, review service level agreements, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

9. Training and Knowledge Sharing:

 Mentor and train junior IT staff.

 Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

 Share knowledge and best practices within the IT team and the organization.

Education Qualifications

o Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

(Master’s degree preferred).

 Competencies

o Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security, and systems administration.

o Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work independently and lead IT projects effectively.

 Experience Required:

o 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and administration.

o 1+ in a team leading capacity will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,300,000.00 per year
