Role Description

Installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Windows OS installation, driver updates, and system formatting

Basic LAN/Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting

On-site support for clients across locations

Preventive maintenance and system health checks

Coordination with users and timely issue resolution

Maintaining service reports and documentation

Good hardware repair knowledge

Printer installation & troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and a comprehensive understanding of computer hardware components
• Experience in delivering effective Technical Support and troubleshooting IT-related concerns
• Knowledge of Printer Support and peripheral device management
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address various technical issues efficiently
• Prior experience in a similar IT support or hardware troubleshooting role is a plus
