We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Associate to engage with potential customers, present products/services, and drive conversions through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential customers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Key Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Target-oriented with a proactive sales mindset
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Proficiency in at least one regional language
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in inside sales / telesales / business development
Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
