Vishram Management Group is a premier management firm overseeing high-traffic Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands across the United States, including Subway and Baskin Robbins. We are seeking a high-caliber Remote Admin Assistant to drive operational excellence, optimize profitability, and ensure world-class guest experiences from a remote setting. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring a strategic mind capable of managing multi-unit performance through data, digital surveillance, and real-time team coordination.
Key Responsibilities & Scope
Multi-Unit Oversight: Remotely supervise daily operations across multiple QSR locations to ensure 100% compliance with brand SOPs.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Labor Cost %, COGS (Food Cost Control), and Average Ticket Size.
Aggregator Management: Oversee and optimize third-party delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub) to maximize order flow and resolution efficiency.
Virtual Auditing: Conduct rigorous remote audits via CCTV and POS systems to enforce discipline, hygiene, and operational accountability.
Revenue Growth: Design and implement local store marketing (LSM) strategies and promotions to boost footfall and repeat business.
Team Leadership: Support store managers in hiring, onboarding, and scheduling, ensuring optimal staffing levels during peak hours.
Dispute Resolution: Proactively manage customer feedback and reviews to maintain a 4-star+ online reputation.
Candidate Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).
Experience: Minimum 4 years of core experience in QSR Operations or Restaurant Management.
Brand Expertise: Prior experience with international brands like Subway, Baskin Robbins, McDonald’s, Domino’s, or KFC is highly advantageous.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command over POS systems, inventory management software, and remote monitoring tools.
Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (tailored for US-based team interaction).
Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced U.S. Night Shift (CST) environment.
Key Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Profitability: Consistent store-level EBITDA growth through labor and waste optimization.
Compliance: Zero-tolerance approach to SOP deviations identified during remote audits.
