The role involves managing and coordinating a wide range of projects. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and effective documentation of ongoing initiatives.
Job Accountabilities:
• Support end-to-end project execution for initiatives led by management, from planning to closure.
• Actively support and participate in events and initiatives driven by management.
• Coordinating with all the key stakeholders involved in the ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments like Admin, IT, Finance, and HR, as well as external partners and vendors.
• Maintain organized records of footage, edits, transcriptions, and archival data to support the content library.
• Provide support for managing guest and gifting lists for events and special occasions, coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accuracy, avoid duplication, and streamline dispatch.
• Manage calendars and schedules, ensure critical meetings, events, and deadlines are aligned
• Generate and distribute MIS reports and dashboards for ongoing projects to update the status periodically, as per the frequency determined for each project.
• Handle any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualification:
• MBA / Post Graduation or Graduate in Management with minimum 5-6 years of experience
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Excellent coordination abilities, especially for logistics and gifting workflows
• Detail-oriented with a structured, organized approach to work
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient in MS Office – especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Able to handle high-pressure environments and tight deadlines
• Adept at working with multiple stakeholders across levels
• High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
• Hands-on, organized, self-motivated, performance-oriented, and able to work independently under time pressure
• Ability and willingness to take initiative
