Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Executive based in Mathura. The Office Executive will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage correspondence, coordinate with team members and external stakeholders, maintain records and databases, and provide general office support. Ensuring efficiency in communication and assisting in operational tasks will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with team members and clients
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, meetings, and tasks efficiently
• Competence in using office software and tools, such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in renewable energy or solar sector is an advantage
