About The Role

In Distribution Sales you will drive initiatives towards Distribution Management, Maintaining Dealer Network, Network Expansion and Secondary Business Generation, Trade Scheme Management in the assigned markets. Achieve sales targets, foster dealer relationships, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective customer-centric operations.

What You’ll Do

• Distribution Management, Maintaining Dealer Network, Network Expansion and Secondary Business Generation, Trade Scheme Management in the assigned territories.
• Generate business from existing network and work on the expansion of the network to increase reach to achieve business goals
• Build relationships with Plumbers & Contractors to drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Manage customer-centric operations & ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery/ service quality norms.

What You’ll Need

• Preferable similar industry (Building material industry)
• Having 5-8 Yrs proven experience in distribution business in the North Kerala market.
• Willing to travel frequently
• Age should be below 32 Yrs
• Base Location – Calicut, Kerala
