About the Team
US Talent Sourcing team’s goal is to leverage talent market intelligence to identify, engage, and convert passive talent into a scalable, employable talent ecosystem for Lowe’s. Sourcing passive talent is a critical capability for Lowe’s Talent Team to ensure hiring managers have visibility into the full range of market talent beyond active job seekers.
Job Summary:
The Team Lead – Market Research & Talent Mapping will lead the design and execution of structured passive talent pipelining and advanced market intelligence initiatives across priority skill domains and strategic roles.
This role is responsible for delivering actionable talent insights, competitor EVP analysis, and pipeline readiness strategies that directly influence workforce planning, employer branding, and hiring outcomes.
The incumbent will combine analytical rigor, external market intelligence, and strategic stakeholder partnership to ensure proactive talent supply visibility and competitive positioning.
