Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Analyst to join our Transformation Office, which plays a key role in driving both short-term and long-term strategic initiatives for accelerated growth. The Analyst will be instrumental in synthesizing market data, developing business scenarios, and solutioning across multiple functions, including Strategy, Business Development, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Organizational Transformation. The role requires a high level of analytical thinking, and collaboration to support the execution of key business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Synthesize complex market data and develop market models and business scenarios to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
• Support the development of short-term and long-term strategies aimed at driving accelerated business growth
• Conduct solutioning, analysis, and model development to identify improvement opportunities across R&D, Quality, Operations, and broader organizational functions
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices to inform strategy and development of solutions across functions
• Develop and track KPI monitoring frameworks to ensure the success of transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation of strategy, improve productivity, cost-efficiency, and operational effectiveness
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to communicate strategic insights and recommendations to senior management

Candidate Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a strategy office of an Indian / MNC Pharma Major, or management consulting firm, or investment banking firm with exposure to strategy development and execution
• Strong ability to synthesize complex market data and develop actionable insights
• Experience in developing market models and business scenarios to support strategic planning
• Proven experience in solutioning and analysis to drive operational improvements across key business functions
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with a demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations
• Prior experience in Pharma/Life Sciences is an added advantage
• An MBA from a reputed business school in India or overseas
• Critical thinking skills with a focus on strategic problem-solving
• Fluency in English with strong business writing and communication skills
• Strong collaboration and people skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
