IT Infrastructure Engineer / IT Support Executive Full Time

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive IT Infrastructure Engineer / IT Support Executive to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, networking, systems, and security operations.

The candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle day-to-day IT infrastructure setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a startup and fast-growing environment with exposure to multiple technologies and operational responsibilities.

Infrastructure & Systems

• Setup, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers
• Manage Windows/Linux operating systems
• Configure and maintain Active Directory, shared folders, and user access
• Perform system monitoring, health checks, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure regular system updates and patch managemen

Networking & Security

• Configure and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, WiFi, and VPN
• Setup and manage firewalls and network security policies
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Ensure antivirus, endpoint protection, and security updates are properly maintained
• Perform backup and recovery management

IT Operations & Administration

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with IT security and operational procedures
• Prepare technical reports and support documentation
• Handle IT tasks with minimal or without supervision

End User Support

• Setup and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and related IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support users remotely and onsite
• Install and configure business applications and productivity tools

CCTV & Devices

• Setup and maintain CCTV/camera systems
• Configure recording devices, storage, and remote monitoring access
• Manage basic IoT and smart office devices if required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system support
• Knowledge of servers, networking, firewall, and security systems
• Experience with Windows Server/Linux environment preferred
• Familiarity with antivirus, backup systems, and endpoint security
• Basic understanding of virtualization and cloud systems is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Pay: ₹10,851.84 – ₹33,133.79 per month
