Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Professional role based in Chandigarh. The role involves providing technical support, resolving software and hardware issues, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring a seamless technical experience for clients. A key responsibility includes efficient communication with clients to address and resolve their concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess technical challenges and identify optimal solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to diverse client needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Prior experience in IT or Technical Support roles is an advantage.
