Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hardware IT Support Desktop role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network administration tasks, ensuring network security, and providing support to end-users. The candidate will also be required to monitor and resolve system-related issues promptly and deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems and hardware operations
• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on supporting end-users effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
