Sourcing Manager Full Time

Job Summary:

The Job Work Sourcing role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and managing job‑work vendors to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and quality production. The role focuses on vendor development, capacity planning, cost closure, Quality and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Identification & Development

• Identify and onboard suitable job‑work vendors based on capacity, capability, cost and Quality.
• Develop existing vendors through technical support, cost improvement, and capacity enhancement.
• Conduct regular vendor audits related to quality, process, reconciliations.
• Track production status and resolve delays or bottlenecks.

Quality

• Ensure all job‑work activities meet defined quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate inspections and corrective actions with Quality teams.
• Conducting PPM, In-line and Mid-line activities regularly.

Documentation & Process Control

• Manage job‑work agreements, MOF.
• Maintain accurate documentation for fabric challans, GRNs, invoices, and reconciliation.
