AI Systems & Integration Engineer (Agentic AI)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled **AI Systems & Integration Engineer** to architect and deploy **VLANG**, the central “brain” of our Agentic AI vertical. You will be responsible for building the orchestration layer that connects our existing data analytics/dat warehouse & BI server (VCORBI) and Compliance Vault (VGATE)

The goal is to launch a production-ready, multi-agent system capable of real-time data synthesis (Text-to-SQL) and automated compliance document generation (Peppol/GST InvoiceNow XML).

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Deployment: Setup and optimize a plain Ubuntu server (**VLANG**) on our VPC, including Nginx reverse proxies and secure stream tunneling to remote MySQL instances.

Agentic Orchestration. Develop and maintain complex multi-agent workflows using **LangGraph** and **LangChain**.

Multi-LLM Integration: Potentially, “Implement a “Smart Router” to manage API calls across **DeepSeek**, **Google Gemini**, and **Anthropic (Claude)**, optimizing for both cost and reasoning depth.

Semantic Cataloging: Map existing MySQL views in **VCORBI** to a Semantic Catalog (Legend) to enable accurate Text-to-SQL generation.

Compliance Automation: Build an XML “Churn” engine that retrieves ERP data, references XSD schemas on **VGATE** via NFS mount, and generates valid **Peppol/InvoiceNow** documents.

Observability & Memory: Deploy and manage **Langfuse** for token tracking/auditing, **PostgreSQL** for agent state persistence, and **Redis** for semantic caching.

Technical Requirements

* **Expert Python Skills:** Deep experience with asynchronous Python (FastAPI, Uvicorn, Pydantic).

* **AI Frameworks:** Professional experience with **LangGraph** (State Machines) and LangChain.

* **Linux Systems Engineering:** Strong Ubuntu administration skills, including Docker, Docker Compose, Nginx (Stream module), and NFS configuration.

* **Data Engineering:** Proficiency in **SQL (MySQL/MariaDB)** and the ability to work with **SQLAlchemy**. Experience handling structured **XML (XSD/XSLT)** is highly preferred.

* **Security:** Understanding of private networking (VPC), SSH tunneling, and API key management.

* **LLM Knowledge:** Familiarity with the performance trade-offs between frontier models (DeepSeek, Gemini, Claude, Llama).

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior work with **Langfuse** or similar LLM observability stacks.
* Background in ERP or BI tool integration.
* Experience with **Singapore GST InvoiceNow** or **Peppol** standards.
