Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and contributing to the development of strategic plans. The role requires proactive engagement with clients, managing sales cycles, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to fulfill business objectives and achieve sales targets.

• Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning skills
• Experience in Negotiation, Deal Closing, and Customer Service
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPI goals
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
