About the Role:
You understand content deeply and have grown social media handles in the past. You know what separates a 1M view reel from a 10K view reel. You will bridge the gap between creative visual content and data-driven results, ensuring all posts, Reels, and Stories align with our overarching brand voice and marketing objectives
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create a comprehensive, long-term Instagram content strategy that drives engagement and increases followers.
Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and creative flow of posts, stories, and Reels.
Trend & Algorithm Awareness: Stay updated on emerging Instagram features, trends, and algorithm changes to maximize reach.
Performance Analysis: Monitor analytics to track key metrics (likes, shares, engagement, follower growth) and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Collaboration: Work with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce engaging content and ensure brand consistency.
Community Management: Monitor and engage with user comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive brand community.
Requirements:
Proven expertise & portfolio: You must have prior experience of scaling social media handles.
