Sales Associate | Night Shift | Full- Time Full Time NEW

Compensation: Rs. 20,000 per month (INR) + Sales Bonus upto 50% of salary

Location: Remote – India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Flexible hours between 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST with an hour of break

Experience: 0–1 year (2025-26 Graduates Only)

 Note: Candidates with more than 1 year of experience will not be considered.

Role Overview

The Sales Associate role is a non-target, non-quota-based position designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals. The role focuses on sales support, operational coordination, data management, and client communication, rather than direct selling.

This position is ideal for candidates looking to start a long-term career in operations, sales enablement, or business development support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Support

• Assist with day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
• Support sales teams with coordination, documentation, and tracking
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Expertise in developing clear, concise, and impactful presentations for client meetings and project reviews.

Operations & Coordination

• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across ongoing projects
• Coordinate meetings using Google Calendar and Slack
• Ensure timely updates between internal teams and stakeholders

Data & Reporting

• Maintain sales data, reports, and operational documentation
• Perform accurate data entry and basic reporting using Google Sheets
• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience only (Freshers and final-year students encouraged)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Reliable laptop and stable internet connection (Screenshare must)
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones
• Comfortable working in a screen-sharing environment
