Job Overview: We are hiring a Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to manage daily calls with existing and new customers for our BharatBenz truck dealership. The role involves customer follow-ups, feedback collection, relationship management, and updating management on customer needs and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing and potential customers daily
• Follow up with old clients and collect feedback
• Inform customers about dealership services, offers, and updates
• Maintain customer records and call reports
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi required; local language preferred)
• Good knowledge of the automobile/commercial vehicle industry
• Basic computer knowledge
• Telecalling/customer service experience preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Soft-spoken and professional behavior

Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives
