About the Role

This is not a role for someone who needs to be managed. It is a role for someone who takes pride in doing things right, even when no one is watching. As Senior SEO Executive, you will own end-to-end SEO execution across client accounts from research and audit to content creation and reporting. You will be managed and mentored directly by the CEO (Kartik Mittal). In collaboration, we will set strategy and direction. Your job is to execute it exceptionally & raise your hand when something is not right, not after it is already delivered to the client.

Here’s who we’re looking for:

• You are obsessed with search, not just as a job, but as something you genuinely find interesting
• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, agency background strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush
• You can hold yourself to a high standard without being supervised
• You are resourceful; you do not need expensive tools to get great results
• You can write blogs & on-page content and think clearly in English
• You are honest, willing to learn & looking for a place to grow

What You’ll Do:

SEO Execution

• Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO across assigned client accounts
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent mapping
• Build and execute content calendars aligned to SEO objectives
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance weekly, proactively flag drops and opportunities
• Conduct thorough SEO audits and translate findings into clear, prioritised action plan

Content Creation & Writing

• Write well-researched, SEO-optimised blogs and on-page content across industries
• Produce content that is grammatically clean, naturally readable, and aligned to each brand’s tone of voice
• Use free and freemium content tools smartly for research, editing, and ideation
• Take full ownership of published content quality, from brief to final draft
• Adapt writing style across formats such as blogs, category pages, product descriptions, and meta content

Research & Analytical Thinking

• Evaluate what is and is not working for a brand, and go beyond vanity metrics
• Build clear, data-backed recommendations from your findings
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, SEO trends, and competitor activity
