Technical Support Executive Full Time

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing basic technical assistance, resolving user issues, and supporting day-to-day IT and system operations.

Qualification:

Graduation in **B.Sc / BCA / Computer Science or related field

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or remote tools

* Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system-related issues

* Assist in installation and configuration of systems and applications

* Maintain records of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions

* Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation when required

* Ensure timely resolution and high user satisfaction

* Support routine system checks and monitoring activities

Skills

* Basic knowledge of Computer Science concepts

* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

* Good problem-solving and analytical skills

* Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

* Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or PowerShell).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Kubernetes / Docker.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with incident management and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Awareness of security best practices.
