Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Ads + SEO Expert) Full Time NEW

MyCommunityToday is building a powerful platform that turns social engagement into real local sales. We’re looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Executive who is an expert in SEO, AI Searches, Google Ads, and Instagram/Facebook Ads and knows how to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns
• Execute and scale Instagram & Facebook Ads for leads, conversions, and app installs
• Own and improve SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, AI Search)
• Perform keyword research, content optimization, and backlink strategies
• Optimize landing pages for traffic, rankings, and conversions
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager
• Manage retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, keywords, and landing pages
• Work closely with content, design, and development teams
• Support growth for local businesses, merchants, and community campaigns

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO, AI Searches) — mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook)
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, ROAS, CPL, CPA
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with local SEO, marketplaces, or app-based platforms is a big plus
• Self-driven, analytical, and results-focused mindset
