Position Overview:
We are seeking a competent Accounts & Commercial Executive with practical experience in accounting, taxation, and commercial operations. The ideal candidate should bring maturity, stability, and hands-on capability to manage accounting and commercial aspects effectively.

We are looking for a stable, experienced professional who values continuity and can serve as a dependable long-term resource for the organisation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the central coordinator between the company and the outsourced accounting firm by systematically collecting, organising, and sharing all relevant financial and commercial documents

2. Maintain proper records and document repositories to ensure smooth accounting, audit, and compliance processes

3. Track and proactively follow up on all statutory and compliance due dates, ensuring timely inputs to the outsourced team

4. Support basic commercial functions, including vendor coordination, preliminary negotiations, billing follow-ups, and routine contract-related matters

5. Handle day-to-day communication with vendors and others in a professional and mature manner

6. Assist management with basic financial tracking, updates, and coordination support as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Age group: 40–45 years
• Strong working knowledge of accounts, taxation, and commercial processes
• Practical exposure to compliance, audits, and financial controls
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred

Qualification:

• B. Com / M. Com / CA (Inter) or equivalent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
