The SAP Operator is responsible for accurate and timely data entry, transaction processing, and inventory management in SAP for the FMCG contract manufacturing unit. The role supports production, stores, dispatch, procurement, and quality operations by maintaining system accuracy and ensuring smooth material and production flow.
Key Responsibilities: Production & Process Entries
* Perform daily production entries in SAP.
* Create and confirm production orders.
* Record raw material consumption and finished goods generation.
* Update batch details, wastage, and rejections in the system.
* Ensure real-time production data accuracy.
Inventory & Stores Management
* Maintain stock records of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
* Process Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Goods Issue (GI) transactions.
* Monitor inventory movements and stock reconciliation.
* Coordinate with stores and warehouse teams for stock accuracy.
Dispatch & Logistics Support
* Generate delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents.
* Update dispatch details in SAP.
* Coordinate with logistics for shipment tracking and documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Maintain SAP master data and transaction records.
* Support audit documentation and compliance requirements.
* Ensure proper filing of production and inventory records.
Coordination
* Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Procurement, Planning, and Warehouse teams.
* Resolve SAP transaction errors and reporting discrepancies.
* Assist supervisors during stock audits and physical verification.
Required Skills
* Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, PP, WM, or SD.
* Good understanding of FMCG manufacturing processes.
* Strong data entry and documentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and coordination abilities.
Educational Qualification
* Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Engineering.
* SAP certification preferred.
Experience
* 1–4 years of experience in SAP operations within FMCG, manufacturing, or contract manufacturing industries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per month
