Job Details:
Position: Sales/Customer Executive – Outbound Calling
Company: Leading Health & Wellness Brand (Hyderabad)
Location: Hi-Tech City Madhapur, Hyderabad (On-Site)
Experience: 1-4 years in telesales/inside sales
Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM, 6 Days/Week (Rotational week off)
Salary: ₹3-6 LPA + Performance Incentives
What You’ll Do:
✓ Make strategic outbound calls to generate and convert leads
✓ Hit monthly targets and exceed KPIs
✓ Handle customer objections professionally
✓ Manage CRM and coordinate smooth onboarding
Must-Haves:
1+ years telesales/inside sales experience
Expert Hindi & English communication
Strong lead-to-sales conversion skills
Target-driven and resilient mindset
Nice-to-Have:
D2C product experience
Healthcare/Ayurveda/Nutraceutical background
Problem-solving approach
