Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Head – Sales. The Head – Sales will oversee sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, manage key client accounts, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include leading the sales team, analysing market trends to inform sales decisions, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The role also involves collaborating across departments to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive targets and develop effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
• Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and motivating team members to achieve performance goals
• Excellent Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and strategic decision-making
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and align team efforts with organizational goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
• Experience in the electrical or renewable energy sector is preferred
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
