Role – Performance Marketing Associate

Location- Bangalore

Years of Experience – 2-5 years

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant customer segments with personalized messaging and offers
• Analyse campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization
• Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum performance
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful ad creative
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advanta
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks for the business

Requirements

• 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an E-commerce or digital marketing environment
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram), display advertising, and affiliate marketing
• Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manage
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies
• Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Experience with E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (MoEngage, CleverTap etc.) is a plus
