We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Branding Head to lead our marketing efforts at a luxury car dealership in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, marketing strategy, marketing operations, event management, and digital marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness for our luxury car dealership.
• Lead the marketing operations team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Analyze marketing data to inform data-driven decisions and optimize marketing ROI.
• Manage and execute event management activities, including product launches, test drives, and other promotional events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in event management, including product launches and promotional events.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
