Role Description
The Admin, Facilities & Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth
functioning of daily office operations, administration, and facility management activities.
The role includes managing office infrastructure, coordinating with vendors, handling
administrative support, ensuring workplace safety and maintenance, and maintaining
operational efficiency across the organization.
The candidate will supervise housekeeping, security, office maintenance, asset
management, access control, and employee support services. They will also coordinate
repairs, monitor inventory and office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all
facilities are maintained to company standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with
clients and provide exceptional support.
Experience in Training and mentorship to build and enhance team capabilities.
Organizational and time-management skills to oversee daily operations efficiently.
Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in dynamic work environments.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in office or coworking space management is a plus.

Workforce planning, Procurement & planning, Project Management, Vendor management,
Facility maintenance, and Customer satisfaction. (Business Development & Sales skills would

Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
Supervise facility maintenance, repairs, and office infrastructure.
Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate housekeeping, pantry, stationery, and courier services.
Manage office documentation, reports, and official communications.
Handle employee seating arrangements and access card management.
Monitor visitor management and security procedures.
Coordinate with vendors for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and maintenance services.
Manage meeting rooms, event setups, and office equipment.
Track office assets, consumables, and inventory records.
Support employee engagement activities and office events.
Address employee and client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Ensure the events and festivals are arranged and organized in a mindful / creative way.
